agnès b., as well as being a gallery owner, is also a collector. Over the years, she has built up a large collection of contemporary art, shown for the first time in 2004 at the Abattoirs de Toulouse. Her rich photographic collection has already been the subject of two exhibitions, in 2000 at the Centre National de la Photographie in Paris and in 2002 at the Pavillon des Arts in Nogent sur Marne. Pieces are regularly loaned to museums and art centres. In October 2008, the prestigious C/O Berlin will host an exhibition of her photographs, to accompany the publication by JRP/Ringier of a monograph of her collection.
